WALKING, as the most common method of human locomotion, is analyzed. Characteristic patterns of walking are described. Conventional methods for describing gait in objective terms are discussed and illustrated. These include electrical and optical techniques for obtaining the temporal, kinematic and kinetic measures.

Some Characteristics of Human Immunoconglutinin
The Journal of Immunology, 1966Summary Human immunoconglutinin was titrated by its reaction with sensitized sheep erythrocytes alexinated with horse complement. IC was shown to be a euglobulin and to be sensitive to the action of 2-mercaptoethanol. On Sephadex G200 chromatography and density gradient ultracentrifugation, its behavior was that of a macroglobulin.

Characteristics of saccades in human infants
Vision Research, 1984Infants (14-151 days) and adults were shown two-dimensional geometric forms or stimuli from a set of highly textured patterns. Their eye movements were recorded by an infrared corneal reflection eye movement recorder as they freely scanned the stimuli. For both infants and adults, linear relationships were found between the peak velocities of fast eye ...
