Phenotypic and genotypic characteristics of the human prothymocyte
Immunologic Research, 1987Based on the data discussed here, we postulate that the human prothymocyte has the TdT+/HLA-DR+/CD7+/CD2+/CD5-/CD1-/CD3- phenotype and occurs in the BM in low frequencies (about 2 in 10,000 MNC).
