Human dental pulp mesenchymal stem cells regenerative potential
Background: Stem cells can be divided into mono-potent, oligopotent, multipotent, pluripotent, and totipotent. Dental and oral stem cells are stem cells found in the teeth and mouth that has the potential to develop into various cell types.

Senescent Mesenchymal Stromal Cells Drive Stem Cell Aging Through Dysregulated Chemokine Synthesis
Senescent MSCs do more than fuel inflammaging: they disrupt the chemokine signals that maintain stem cell function. We propose that restoring this signaling balance through senolytics, senomorphics, or MSC rejuvenation may preserve regenerative capacity during aging. ABSTRACT Aging is accompanied by a progressive decline in tissue regenerative capacity,

ABSTRACT Aim Formation of a mineralized dentine bridge is the hallmark of successful direct pulp capping (DPC). Mineral trioxide aggregate (MTA) and Biodentine are widely used capping materials, but in vivo evidence comparing their regenerative potential remains inconclusive. This study used a controlled murine model to compare dentine bridge formation

NSG Mice Lacking Apoe: An Immunodeficient Mouse Model of Atherosclerosis
Immunodeficient NSG mice lacking the Apoe gene develop atherosclerosis when placed on high fat diet (HFD). These mice support engraftment with human CD34+ hematopoietic stem cells. The NSG‐ApoEKO mice can be used in humanized mouse models to examine human‐specific immune disease mechanisms. Created in BioRender.
