New heterocyclic compounds spiroderivatives of allopurinol of biological interest were prepared from allopurinol via thionation and 1,3‐dipolar cycloaddition and were produced in high to excellent yields. These compounds were characterized on the basis of spectral and spectroscopic data (1H NMR, 13C, IR, and MS).

Fused Imidazopyrazoles: Synthetic Strategies and Medicinal Applications
The current review summarizes the known synthetic routes of fused imidazopyrazoles. This review is classified into two main categories based on the type of annulations, for example, annulation of the imidazole ring onto a pyrazole scaffold or annulation of the pyrazole ring onto an imidazole scaffold. Some medicinal applications of imidazopyrazoles are

Novel Antimicrobial Agents: Fluorinated 2‐(3‐(Benzofuran‐2‐yl) pyrazol‐1‐yl)thiazoles
A new series of 2‐pyrazolin‐1‐ylthiazoles 8a–d and 13–16 was synthesized by cyclization of N‐thiocarboxamide‐2‐pyrazoline with different haloketones and 2,3‐dichloroquinoxaline. The structures of the new compounds were confirmed by elemental analyses as well as NMR, IR, and mass spectral data.
