Extracellular Matrix Viscoelasticity Regulates Mammary Branching Morphogenesis
This study shows that mammary branching morphogenesis is regulated by extracellular matrix (ECM) stress relaxation. Slow stress‐relaxing matrices promote branching through focal adhesion signaling, collagen fiber alignment, and cell contractions, whereas fast stress‐relaxing matrices impair branching and collagen alignment.

Brillouin‐Raman Microspectroscopy on‐a‐Chip (BRmS) enables real‐time analysis of breast tumor spheroids in microfluidic channels. Following cyclical deformations, MCF10.DCIS.com spheroids are captured in recovery traps and imaged with BRmS. The applied deformations trigger a stiffening response marked by increased frequency shifts, elevation of the ...

A bioorthogonal rhodamine/PEG crosslinking strategy is introduced to engineer dense collagen hydrogels with high mechanical resilience and cytocompatibility. Integration with wet‐spinning enables the fabrication of uniaxially aligned, cell‐laden collagen filaments that activate mechanotransductive signaling and support functional muscle regeneration in

Prenatal dexamethasone exposure (PDE) persistently upregulates hepatic CYP3A1/CYP2B1 in offspring via glucocorticoid receptor (GR) activation. In vivo and in vitro studies show GR promotes P300/CBP binding to the constitutive androstane receptor (CAR) promoter, sustaining histone acetylation (H3K9/K27ac) and enhancing CYP expression. The GR–CAR pathway
