V2CTx MXene as a Sacrificial Promoter for NiFe Catalyst for Anion Exchange Membrane Electrolyzers
These findings demonstrate that V2CTx functions beyond passive conductive support as an active electronic participant whose structural legacy sustains durable performance even after vanadium leaching in Anion Exchange Membrane (AEM) Electrolysers. ABSTRACT Nickel‐iron layered double hydroxides (NiFe‐LDH) show excellent activity, their poor conductivity

An interfacial engineering strategy based on in situ reactions between metal nanoclusters and layered double hydroxides enables simultaneous nanocluster size regulation, heterojunction construction, and mesopore generation. The reconstructed interface enhances visible‐light harvesting, charge separation, and mass transport, providing a general strategy

ABSTRACT Workability control of alkali‐activated binders (AABs) remains an obstacle to producing low‐carbon clinkerless ultra‐high‐performance concrete, as their formulation usually necessitates low water‐to‐binder (W/B) ratios, high binder content, and concentrated activator solutions. To address this challenge, a greener and more manageable composite

Structure‐Sensitive Steam Reforming of Methane Over Exsolved NiAl‐Layered Double Hydroxides
Exsolution of Ni nanoparticles from NiAl‐layered double hydroxides (LDH) provides a route to systematically control nanoparticle size in Ni/Al2O3 catalysts over the range of 4–18 nm. Methane steam reforming shows strong structure sensitivity, being favored over smaller (<10 nm) particles with 80 % methane conversion and a high specific hydrogen ...

Nickel‐ceria based catalysts displayed high performances for the methanation reaction achieving both high selectivity and conversion under non‐thermal plasma. These performances arose from the formation of the Ce1‐xNixO2‐γ solid solution promoted by the use of sol‐gel based synthesis and was investigated by XPS, TEM, TPR and raman.
