Food, Fatty Acids and Antioxidants Intake and their Associations with Atopic disease in Adults [PDF]
It was hypothesized that high fat consumption, specifically from polyunsaturated fatty acids, may be positively related to atopic disease prevalence.

Fatty acid metabolism in Serratia marcescens: III. The constituent fatty acids of the cell
An analysis of the lipids of the bacterium Serratia marcescens has shown that palmitic acid and 9,10-methylenehexadecanoic acid constitute about 75% of the total fatty acids.

IL‐1β upregulates the protein level of WTAP, which promotes the m6A modification of ACSL4 mRNA in an IGF2BP2‐dependent manner, thereby enhancing its stability. The increased ACSL4 drives lipid peroxidation, leading to lysosomal membrane permeabilization (LMP) and impaired mitophagy, which collectively accelerate intervertebral disc degeneration (IVDD).

A concept of integrated O2 and H2 gas therapy is achieved using a gas‐producing material. PMP nanoparticles, fabricated from platinum, MIL‐101(Fe)‐NH2, and phosphotungstic acid, are integrated into bilayer gelatin methacryloyl microneedles for transdermal delivery. These microneedles enable integrated O2 and H2 gas therapy and promote wound healing via

Structure and Biosynthesis of Mangotoxin Produced by the Plant Pathogen Pseudomonas syringae
The structure of mangotoxin remained elusive for over two decades. Here, mangotoxin was isolated from the native producer, Pseudomonas syringae pv. syringae, and was determined to be an alkyne‐containing dipeptide. Mangotoxin inhibited the growth of multidrug‐resistant human pathogen Klebsiella pneumoniae.

Gageostatins A–C, Antimicrobial Linear Lipopeptides from a Marine Bacillus subtilis
Concerning the requirements of effective drug candidates to combat against high rising multidrug resistant pathogens, we isolated three new linear lipopeptides, gageostatins A–C (1–3), consisting of hepta-peptides and new 3-β-hydroxy fatty acids from the

This review elucidates how cancer cell metabolic reprogramming—across glucose, lipid, amino acid, and nucleotide pathways—remodels the tumor microenvironment to suppress anti‐tumor immunity and promote immune escape. Targeting these metabolic axes offers promising strategies to overcome immunotherapy resistance and enhance cancer treatment.
