A platinum–copper dual‐atom catalyst was developed for the selective electrooxidation of 5‐hydroxymethylfurfural (HMF) to 2,5‐furandicarboxylic acid (FDCA) in alkaline solution, achieving a FDCA yield of 97.4% at 1.42 V. The study uses rapidly prepared Cr NPs with controllable fluorescence, enabling co‐regulation of quenching and enhancement for dyes and DNA of differing structures. By assembling a CD63‐specific aptamer with Cr NPs, it creates a quantitative readout for CD63‐positive TDEs.
