Data owners use the huge space offered by ‘Cloud’ Computing for storage of data and also for carrying out computations. To eliminate the burden of storing file locally, cloud stores them on remote servers using virtualization concepts.

Isolated Curves for Hyperelliptic Curve Cryptography
We introduce the notion of isolated genus two curves. As there is no known efficient algorithm to explicitly construct isogenies between two genus two curves with large conductor gap, the discrete log problem (DLP) cannot be efficiently carried over from an isolated curve to a large set of isogenous curves.

Enhancing Privacy in the Internet of Vehicles via Hyperelliptic Curve Cryptography
The Internet of Things (IoT) is a technological paradigm that has gained significant momentum the last decade and, among other features, enables the development of intelligent and interoperable device networks. In this respect, it has triggered the creation and evolution of vehicular ad-hoc networks (VANETs), which are initially implemented in order to

Hardware and Arithmetic for Hyperelliptic Curves Cryptography [PDF]
We present our first results on the extension of computation accelerators designed for Elliptic Curve Cryptography (ECC) to the case of Hyper-Elliptic Curve Cryptography (HECC). We will provide both arithmetic operators and computation architectures optimized for high speed, lost-cost implementation (silicon area and energy), and finally, protected ...

Hardware/Software Co-design for Hyperelliptic Curve Cryptography (HECC) on the 8051 microprocessor
Implementing public-key cryptography on platforms with limited resources, such as microprocessors, is a challenging task. Hardware/software co-design is often the only answer to implement the computationally intensive operations with limited memory and power at an acceptable speed.

A Resource-Friendly Certificateless Proxy Signcryption Scheme for Drones in Networks beyond 5G
Security and privacy issues were long a subject of concern with drones from the past few years. This is due to the lack of security and privacy considerations in the design of the drone, which includes unsecured wireless channels and insufficient ...

Numerical Simulations of Vertical Discrete Gusts Driven by Trailing Edge Blowing
A new type of gust generator generates the airflow oscillation in the wind tunnel through the Coanda effect of the unsteady trailing edge blowing, which has been shown to have strong potential for accurately simulating discrete gusts. It is necessary to study the relationship between the generated gust characteristics and the control parameters of such
