ABSTRACT Scurvy often presents with subtle signs that are easily missed, potentially resulting in delayed or incorrect diagnosis. Diet history and underlying co‐morbidities should be assessed if there is suspicion of scurvy; dermoscopic clues can be used as a valuable non‐invasive tool for early detection in comparison to histopathological examination.
