Abstract Ovarian cancer is the first cause of death among gynecological malignancies with a high incidence of relapse in the first 3 years after initial operation. The 3 most common cause of relapse is the chemoresistance of the tumor, the biological behavior of the tumor and the third is the inappropriate surgical excision.
