Ferroelectric Devices for Content-Addressable Memory
In-memory computing is an attractive solution for reducing power consumption and memory access latency cost by performing certain computations directly in memory without reading operands and sending them to arithmetic logic units.

Deep traps in ideal n-InP Schottky diodes
A number of deep electron trap levels have been detected in bulk and epitaxial InP for the first time. These deep traps are located in the upper half of the bandgap, and have been observed in Schottky barrier diodes by transient capacitance spectroscopy (d.l.t.s.).

Laser‐Induced Graphene from Waste Almond Shells
Almond shells, an abundant agricultural by‐product, are repurposed to create a fully bioderived almond shell/chitosan composite (ASC) degradable in soil. ASC is converted into laser‐induced graphene (LIG) by laser scribing and proposed as a substrate for transient electronics.

Injection-charge extraction by linearly increasing voltage in metal-insulator-semiconductor structures (MIS-CELIV) is applied for the hole mobility measurement of N,N’-Bis(naphthalen-1-yl)-N,N’-bis(phenyl)-benzidine (NPB), which is a standard hole ...

Towards Red Emissive Systems Based on Carbon Dots
Carbon dots (C-dots) represent an emerging class of nontoxic nanoemitters that show excitation wavelength-dependent photoluminescence (PL) with high quantum yield (QY) and minimal photobleaching.

Controlled syntheses of lanthanide coordination polymers based on the dihydroxybenzoquinone (DHBQ) organic linker afforded large single crystals of Ln‐DHBQ CPs (Ln = Yb, Nd). A novel structural variant of Yb‐DHBQ is identified by means of single crystal diffraction analysis.

Backscatter Transponder Based on Frequency Selective Surface for FMCW Radar Applications [PDF]
This paper describes an actively-controlled frequency selective surface (FSS) to implement a backscatter transponder. The FSS is composed by dipoles loaded with switching PIN diodes. The transponder exploits the change in the radar cross section (RCS) of

Current rectification in a single molecule diode: the role of electrode coupling [PDF]
We demonstrate large rectification ratios (> 100) in single-molecule junctions based on a metal-oxide cluster (polyoxometalate), using a scanning tunneling microscope (STM) both at ambient conditions and at low temperature. These rectification ratios are

For the first time, a highly sensitive electrochemical biosensor based on SiO2‐based hairy particles with a grafted PDMAEMA polymer brush containing a quantifiable and large amount of immobilized Laccase is reported. The fabricated biosensor exhibits a sensitivity of 0.14 A·m⁻¹, a limit of detection (LOD) of 0.1 µm, and a detection range of 0.3–750 µm,
