局放测量新标准IEC 60270的特点及其对局放测量工作的影响

局部放电测量的新标准IEC 6 0 2 70 /FDIS[2 0 0 0 ]已于2 0 0 0年 9月公布 ,该标准以IEC 6 0 0 6 0 - 2 [1994]为依据 ,为局放测量构筑了完整的质量保证体系 :它以量值溯源为核心 ,以保证测量结果的准确性、不同仪器和不同测量方法的可比性和一致性 ;它把数字式局放测试仪摆在与模拟式局放测试仪同等重要的地位 ,并为数字式局放测试仪规定了一些附加试验项目。本文讨论新标准的特点及其对今后局放测量工作的影响。

PD measurements in the UHF frequency range are an important tool for diagnostic at GIS. A general correlation between the measurement according to IEC standard 60270 and measurements in the UHF range is not possible.
