Gaoya dianqi, 2008 从降低电力电子器件直接串联数目、器件开关频率和简化主电路拓扑结构3个方面出发,提出一种基于模块级联的背靠背柔性直流输电结构。选用了高压大电流、低导通损耗而开关频率却相对较低的开关器件IGCT,设计了基于该系统模型的控制系统,确定了其控制策略。MATLAB软件仿真结果证实了笔者提出的背靠背柔性直流输电系统模型的正确性和控制策略的有效性。
