Gaoya dianqiMMC子模块内母排杂散电感影响IGCT和二极管关断性能。在分析子模块功率器件开关行为基础上，基于仿真计算，分析了IGCT-MMC子模块内各支路母排杂散电感对IGCT和二极管器件关断特性的影响。对比双脉冲试验和仿真计算结果，验证了仿真模型和分析结论的有效性。结果表明，当母排杂散电感，特别是当主换流回路杂散电感较大时，将显著提高IGCT和二极管的关断过冲电压，以及关断峰值功率和损耗。研究结果可为基于IGCT的MMC换流器优化设计提供参考。
