Plasmonic behavior of III-V semiconductors in far-infrared and terahertz range
Background In this article, III-V semiconductors are proposed as materials for far-infrared and terahertz plasmonic applications. We suggest criteria to estimate appropriate spectral range for each material including tuning by fine doping and magnetic ...

In MOCVD MoS2 memristors, a current compliance‐regulated Ag filament mechanism is revealed. The filament ruptures spontaneously during volatile switching, while subsequent growth proceeds vertically through the MoS2 layers and then laterally along the van der Waals gaps during nonvolatile switching.

The third-generation semiconductors have the characteristics of a large bandgap, a high breakdown electric field, a fast electron saturation rate, high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and radiation resistance, making them the preferred core

Optoelectronic synaptic devices based on solution‐processed molecular telluride GST‐225 phase‐change inks are demonstrated for three‐factor learning. A global optical signal broadcast through a silicon waveguide induces non‐volatile conductance updates exclusively in locally electrically flagged memristors.

Effect of substrate orientation on band structure of bulk III-V semiconductors
We present a detailed theory of the effects of crystal orientation on the properties of semiconductors. Our formalism allows us to study arbitrary crystallographic orientations of various compound semiconductors within any band model and crystal symmetry.

Oxygen‐tunnel (OT) indium tin oxide (ITO) vertical channel transistors (VCTs) enable reliable, high‐density gain‐cell memory for monolithic 3D integration. A sandwiched SiN/SiO2/SiN OT stack selectively regulates oxygen transport, suppressing parasitic electrode oxidation while stabilizing channel oxygen vacancies, thereby suppressing carrier injection

Spin Injection Of Exciton–Polaritons With Halide Perovskites At Room Temperature
A monolithic Tamm‐plasmon microcavity embedding a two‐dimensional halide perovskite enables room‐temperature spin injection of exciton‐polaritons under quasi‐resonant optical excitation. Polarization‐resolved spectroscopy reveals partial preservation of the injected spin in the lower polariton branch, while bare excitons remain fully depolarized.

Mechanically Exfoliated InP Thin Films for Solar Energy Conversion Devices
III‐V semiconductors are favoured photo absorber materials for solar energy conversion due to their ideal bandgap, yet their high‐cost hinders widespread adoption.
