Basroparib inhibits YAP‐driven cancers by stabilizing angiomotin
Molecular Oncology, EarlyView.Basroparib, a selective tankyrase inhibitor, suppresses Wnt signaling and attenuates YAP‐driven oncogenic programs by stabilizing angiomotin. It promotes AMOT–YAP complex formation, enforces cytoplasmic YAP sequestration, inhibits YAP/TEAD transcription, and sensitizes YAP‐active cancers, including KRAS‐mutant colorectal cancer, to MEK inhibition.

Revue Française d'Allergologie, 2017Resume La dermatite atopique de l’homme et celle du chien partagent un profil cytokinique qui inclut les IL-2, 4, 6, 13 et 31 qui utilisent la voie de signalisation JAK-STAT. Chez le chien, la souris et le singe (Macaca fascicularis), l’administration d’IL-31, par voie intradermique, sous-cutanee ou intraveineuse, induit un prurit transitoire.
