A porous ceramics support, Toyonite 200-M (TN-M), for the immobilization of lipases was prepared hydrothermally from the minerals of kaolinite. Compared with some other commercial solid supports, the TN-M one exhibited better stability and higher selectivity for lipase proteins, and lipase PS (Pseudomonas cepacia) immobilized on the ceramics support ...

In this study, the effects of the supports morphology on the lipase immobilization were discussed. PVA-MCM-41 with perfect spherical morphology, which was synthesized in the presence of PVA, was introduced to compare with MCM-41 which is irregular in shape and aggregate seriously.

Immobilization of Oospora lactis lipase
Chemistry of Natural Compounds, 1988A number of new sorbents for the immobilization of lipases have been synthesized from Silokhrom and Porokhrom, and also from microcrystalline cellulose. The conditions for the immobilization of lipases have been selected and some of their properties have been studied.

Immobilization/stabilization of lipase fromCandida rugosa
Applied Biochemistry and Biotechnology, 1988With the aim of fixing the enzyme to the matrix by multiple covalent linkages, lipase from Candida rugosa (formerly cylindracea) has been insolubilized through its amino groups on Sepharose 6B previously activated with 2,3-epoxy-1-propanol. Two main variables that are known to control the number of bonds formed have been tested: the contact time ...

Silanized palygorskite for lipase immobilization
Journal of Molecular Catalysis B: Enzymatic, 2009Abstract Lipase from Candida lipolytica has been immobilized on 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane-modified palygorskite support. Scanning electron micrographs proved the covalently immobilization of C. lipolytica lipase on the palygorskite support through glutaraldehyde.

Nanoclays for lipase immobilization
2016© 2016 by the authors. The immobilization of Candida antarctica lipase B (CALB) was performed by physical adsorption on both neat and organo-modified forms of sepiolite and montmorillonite. The influence of different parameters, e.g., solvent, enzyme loading, cross-linking, and type of clay support, on immobilization efficiency and catalyst hydrolytic ...
