Metabolic Memory in Cardiovascular Disease: Encoding, Propagation, and Therapeutic Targeting
Cardiovascular risk often persists after metabolic abnormalities are corrected. This conceptual Review frames such persistence as metabolic memory, encoded through a narrowing therapeutic window from reversible marks to irreversible damage, with continuous input from peripheral organs.

Immune imprinting, in which prior antigenic exposures biases recall toward dominant epitopes, constrains the breadth and durability of influenza vaccine protection. Here we show that targeted variation across multiple hemagglutinin (HA) head sites (A, B,

Impact of influenza immune imprinting on immune responses to subsequent vaccinations in mice
The immune memory imprinted during an individual's initial influenza exposure (influenza imprinting) has long-lasting effects on the host's response to subsequent influenza infections and vaccinations. Here, we investigate how different influenza virus imprinting impacts the immune responses to subunit, inactivated virus, and protein-based nanoparticle

The FluPRINT dataset: A multidimensional analysis of the influenza vaccine imprint on the immune system [PDF]
Abstract Recent advances in machine learning have allowed identification of molecular and cellular factors that underly successful antibody responses to influenza vaccines. Results of these studies have revealed the high level of complexity necessary to establish influenza immunity, and many different cellular and molecular components ...

An interpretable, unsupervised artificial intelligence framework identifies a 13‐cellular morphometric biomarker (CMB) signature from routine H&E whole‐slide images. Validated across 2,602 patients, the fixed signature generalizes across colorectal, gastric, and esophageal tissues without retraining, stratifies prognosis and precancerous lesion risk ...

Sun et al. report a self‐assembling trimeric subunit vaccine platform termed RHS, which integrates the JN.1 receptor‐binding domain (RBD) with the heptad repeat 1 (HR1), stem helix (SH), and heptad repeat 2 (HR2) regions. The SARS‐CoV‐2 RHS vaccine elicits variant‐reactive RBD‐specific antibodies and cross‐reactive SH‐specific antibodies against ...

AI‑guided single‑cell transcriptomics identifies OGT as a key regulator enriched in rheumatoid arthritis fibroblast‑like synoviocytes (RA‐FLSs). Inflammatory stimuli activate the OGT–SAP130 axis, which modulates the H3K27ac/H3K27me3 balance and epigenetically silences BTG2, promoting aggressive transformation of RA‑FLSs.

Tumor Exposomics: A New Paradigm for Individualized Continuous Exposure Monitoring
Tumor exposomics integrates continuous monitoring of environmental exposures, endogenous biological responses, and behavioral factors within a unified temporal framework. By combining multimodal sensing technologies with AI‐enabled causal modeling, this emerging paradigm reconstructs exposure‐damage trajectories and supports individualized dynamic risk

Targeting the YAP‐BST2 Axis Overcomes Intrinsic Anti‐PD‐1 Resistance in Metastatic Gastric Cancer
Concurrent YAP hyperactivation and Tp53 loss in Atp4b‐expressed parietal cell lineage drives gastric cancer initiation, multi‐organ metastasis, and intrinsic resistance to anti‐PD‐1 therapy. BST2 emerges as a direct YAP‐TEAD transcriptional target that engages PIRA2 on myeloid cells to establish an immunosuppressive microenvironment.
