Magnetically Guided Mechanoactive Mineralization Scaffolds for Enhanced Bone Regeneration
A 3D‐printed ‘rebar‐concrete’ inspired scaffold (PGS‐P@MGel) synergizes spontaneous biomineralization with magneto‐mechanical stimulation through PDA@Fe3O4‐embedded hydrogel. This dual biointerface activates Piezo1/β‐catenin/YAP mechanotransduction axis, enhancing BMSCs osteogenesis and angiogenesis simultaneously.

Adoptive T Cell Therapy Following Haploidentical Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation
Delayed immune reconstitution and the consequently high rates of leukemia relapse and infectious complications are the main limitations of haploidentical hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.

Predicting CD4 T-cell reconstitution following paediatric haematopoietic stem cell transplantation. [PDF]
Haematopoietic stem cell transplantation is an increasingly common treatment for children with a range of haematological disorders. Conditioning with cytotoxic chemotherapy and total body irradiation leaves patients severely immunocompromised.

CD105‐LNPs and PS‐LNPs can deliver α‐lipoic acid to bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells and bone marrow‐derived macrophages, reversing high glucose‐induced oxidative stress while enhancing osteogenesis and M2 polarization. Integrating both nanoparticles into glucose‐responsive hyaluronic acid hydrogel forms DLNPs@HA hydrogel, which accelerates diabetic ...

An injectable bone marrow-like scaffold enhances T cell immunity after hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. [PDF]
Allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) is a curative treatment for multiple disorders, but deficiency and dysregulation of T cells limit its utility.

Earlier versus later start of antiretroviral therapy in HIV-infected adults with tuberculosis. [PDF]
Tuberculosis remains an important cause of death among patients infected with the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV). Robust data are lacking with regard to the timing for the initiation of antiretroviral therapy (ART) in relation to the start of ...

The new generation nanobomb, termed the stealth nanobomb, is fabricated through self‐assembly using a polymeric carbon monoxide carrier (PLGA(CO)), small molecule near‐infrared‐active agents (2TT‐OC46B), and phospholipid polyethylene glycol (DSPE‐mPEG2000). The stealth nanobomb can circulate in the bloodstream and specifically target pancreatic cancer,

Perforin gene transfer into hematopoietic stem cells improves immune dysregulation in murine models of perforin deficiency [PDF]
Defects in perforin lead to the failure of T and NK cell cytotoxicity, hypercytokinemia, and the immune dysregulatory condition known as familial hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis (FHL).

Deinococcus radiodurans‐derived extracellular vesicles (R1‐EVs) provide radioprotection against total‐body irradiation‐induced acute radiation syndrome in mice. R1‐EVs mitigate oxidative damage by scavenging free radicals, promoting intestinal repair, enhancing hematopoietic function, and modulating immune responses. This study highlights the potential
