Leukocyte Antibodies in Human Sera and in Immune Rabbit Sera [PDF]

open access: yesBlood, 1957
Abstract A study of leukocyte antibodies is presented using (1) the sera of rabbits immunized with human leukocytes, and (2) the sera of three patients screened for the presence of such antibodies from among 36 patients with hematologic disease, 31 of whom (including the 3 studied in detail) had received multiple transfusions.

DIFFERENTIAL CROSS-NEUTRALIZATION OF DENGUE IMMUNE SERA AGAINST ZIKA VIRUS

open access: yesInternational Journal of Infectious Diseases, 2023
Intro: Zika virus (ZIKV) is transmitted to humans primarily via the bites of infected female Aedes aegypti and Aedes albopictus. The mosquitoes are also the vector for the transmission of dengue viruses. Malaysia is a dengue hyperendemic country. To date,

In vitro antiviral activity of a double-stranded RNA sodium salt-based medicinal product against SARS-CoV-2

open access: yesБиопрепараты: Профилактика, диагностика, лечение, 2023
Scientific relevance. Innate immune activation in the early phases of COVID-19 infection and subsequent interferon induction may help control viral replication and protect cells not yet infected with SARS-CoV-2.

STUDY OF IMMUNOGENICITY OF A PROTOTYPE VACCINE AGAINST HEPATITIS E

open access: yesЖурнал микробиологии, эпидемиологии и иммунобиологии, 2017
Aim. Evaluate specific immunogenic activity of a prototype vaccine against hepatitis E (HE). Materials and methods. Non-linear mice, male (n=170), were immunized once intraperitoneally by a prototype vaccine against HE at 5,10 and 20 pg per animal.
