“No Vax, No Visit”: Psychosocial Impacts of Vaccination‐Based Visitation Boundaries Among Australian Parents of Newborns

open access: yesHealth Promotion Journal of Australia, Volume 37, Issue 3, July 2026.
ABSTRACT Issue Addressed No Vax, No Visit (NVNV) is a parent‐led socially negotiated health protection practice aimed at reducing newborns' risk of exposure to pertussis by encouraging visitors to be up to date with tetanus–diphtheria–pertussis (Tdap/dTpa) vaccination prior to contact.

Discovery and Structural Characterization of a Highly Protective Neutralizing Antibody Targeting the Mpox Virus A35R Protein

open access: yesMedComm, Volume 7, Issue 7, July 2026.
High‐affinity monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) targeting the MPXV EEV protein A35R were rapidly isolated using mRNA‐LNP vaccination and the Beacon single‐cell sorting Optofluidic platform, followed by functional profiling. One mAb, 17H1, potently neutralized authentic MPXV and conferred complete protection in vivo.

Quality-quantity trade off during antibody production and the design of optimal passive immunization protocols

open access: yes, 2018
Passive immunization has been used classically to rapidly clear antigen and reduce disease burden. Surprisingly, recent studies have found passive immunization to induce lasting improvements in the humoral response, pre- senting a novel strategy to ...

Multiomics Identification and Validation of an Integrin–Extracellular Matrix Network Driving Respiratory Syncytial Virus‐Induced Lung Injury and Repair

open access: yesMedComm, Volume 7, Issue 7, July 2026.
This graphical abstract depicts the dynamic progression from acute lung inflammation to fibrotic repair following RSV infection. Multiomics analysis uncovers a central regulatory network coordinating key pathways including coagulation, extracellular matrix deposition, integrin signaling, and cytoskeletal reorganization.

A Synergistic Dual‐Antibody Cocktail Targeting α‐Toxin Protects Against Invasive Staphylococcus aureus Infection by Neutralizing Virulence and Enhancing Host Defense

open access: yesMedComm, Volume 7, Issue 7, July 2026.
Two Hla‐targeting monoclonal antibodies (Hm0399, Hm0411) were isolated from rFSAV‐vaccinated volunteers. Their cocktail (Hm3‐4) showed synergistic anti‐S. aureus activity. Hm0411 blocks Hla‐receptor binding via salt bridges; Hm0399 potentiates Fc effector functions through hydrogen bonds.
