Microenvironment‐Guided Evolution of ssDNA‐SWCNT Probes for Selective Recognition of Aggressive Prostate Cancer Phenotypes

Random ssDNA–SWCNT(single strand DNA‐single walled carbon nanotube) library is functionally screened and evolved using high‐throughput 3D prostate tumor spheroids via iterative positive and negative selection, enabling the identification of NIR‐II fluorescent ssDNA‐SWCNT nanoprobe specific for prostate cancer.

Intelligent Thermo‐Self‐Limited Magnetothermia with Heat‐Triggered TERT Silencing for Precision Synergetic Cancer Therapy

Telomerase reverse transcriptase (TERT) mRNA induces DNA self‐assembly in cancer cells, boosting the nanoplatform's magnetothermal properties. This magnetothermia then activates the Hsp70 promoter, initiating siRNA synthesis to silence the TERT gene, enhancing cancer treatment.

Biomimetic Iridium‐Based Photothermal Nanozyme to Trigger Ferroptosis and Pyroptosis and Activate the cGAS‐STING Pathway for Improved Tumor Immunotherapy

This study develops an iridium‐based nanozyme (IIN@M) with superior enzyme‐like activity and photothermal performance. It disrupts intracellular redox balance by generating reactive oxygen species and depleting glutathione, which synergistically induces ferroptosis, pyroptosis, and immunogenic cell death.
