This review surveys nanoparticle‐based strategies to enhance adoptive cell therapy, particularly CAR‐T cell approaches, in solid tumor treatment. It describes how nanoparticles can improve tumor immunogenicity and T‐cell infiltration while reducing toxicity, and how they enable in vivo CAR‐T cell generation.

In 1995 the GB virus C (GBV-C) was identified. Although it is related to the hepatitis C virus, there are currently no persuasive data to suggest that this virus causes hepatitis or other illnesses in humans. It has repeatedly been reported that GBV-C ...

ABSTRACT Tumor immune escape is a major barrier to durable cancer immunotherapy, as advanced malignancies create a tumor microenvironment (TME) that preferentially exhausts and disables T cell responses. While most approved cell therapies are T cell‐based, this limitation motivates the exploration of an alternative effector cell platform.

Decoding Undesirable Inflammatory Responses of Nucleic Acid‐Delivering Lipid Nanoparticles
Lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) enable efficient nucleic acid delivery, but their immunogenicity is a double‐edged sword. This review explores LNP‐driven innate and adaptive immunity, covering lipid components, endosomal escape, and nucleic acid sensing.
