Aberrant Expression of Multiple T‐Cell Markers in Primary Cutaneous Follicle Center Lymphoma: A Rare Case Report

ABSTRACT Aberrant expression of T‐cell markers in B‐cell lymphomas is rare and can pose diagnostic challenges. We report a case of a 65‐year‐old man presenting with newly developed scalp nodules. Histopathology revealed nodular lymphoid infiltrates composed of large centrocytes and centroblasts.

ABSTRACT Indeterminate cell histiocytosis (ICH) is a clonal proliferative disorder of mononuclear phagocyte cells that shows features of both dendritic and histiocytic cells. Only around 100 cases of ICH were reported, and among them, only 24% of reported cases involve pediatric patients, with a mean age at diagnosis of 50 years.

When Small Cells Matter: Diagnosing Bladder Small Cell Carcinoma on Urine Cytology

Small cell carcinoma of the bladder is rare, aggressive and diagnostically challenging on urine cytology. We report a case detected in urine and confirmed by cell block immunohistochemistry, highlighting the importance of careful assessment and limitations of the Paris System.

The different face of skin‐rash induced by brentuximab vedotin

Summary Background: Brentuximab vedotin (BV) is a targeted therapy for CD30‐expressing lymphomas, including Hodgkin lymphoma (HL) and cutaneous T‐cell lymphoma (CTCL). While peripheral neuropathy is the most common adverse event, BV‐induced skin rashes are less frequent and not well characterized.
