Characterization of ex vivo expanded natural killer cells for cancer immunotherapy

open access: yesImmunology &Cell Biology, EarlyView.
In this study, we characterized the phenotype and function of ex vivo expanded TS‐natural killer (NK) cells over a 13‐day culture period. We show dynamic cytokine secretion profiles and enhanced cytotoxicity upon coculture with tumor targets, supporting their utility in cancer immunotherapy.
