GR and MR immunoreactivity in the nucleus and perikaryon.
(A) Supporting light level qualitative analysis, immunoreactivity was observed in the nuclear compartment of GR-ir labeled LA neurons and (B) MR-ir (rMR1-18 1D5) labeled neurons compared to primary antibody omitted control slices (C).

QRICH1 has been established as a key factor contributing to impaired osteogenic potential and accelerated apoptosis of PDLSCs in diabetic periodontitis. QRICH1 not only significantly enhances UPR‐associated apoptotic signaling but also amplifies NF‐κB‐mediated inflammatory responses. Its inhibition restores osteogenic capacity and reduces alveolar bone

Regional differences in GABA and GAD
Mammalian horizontal cells are believed to be GABAergic because, in most species, they contain both GABA and glutamic acid decarboxylase (GAD), and their terminals are presynaptic to GABA receptors.

HD‐tDCS promotes recovery after intracerebral hemorrhage by enhancing PPARγ‐dependent astrocyte remodeling in a mouse model of ICH. This process suppresses proinflammatory astrocytic activation, restores perivascular AQP4 repolarization, and improves glymphatic influx and efflux, thereby facilitating hematoma and perihematomal edema clearance and ...

NSD2 coordinates the neurogenic‐to‐gliogenic transition in the developing neocortex through H3K36me2‐dependent activation of EGFR–ERK signaling. Loss of NSD2 disrupts astroglial and oligodendroglial development, whereas ERK activation rescues gliogenic defects in vitro and in vivo.

This study reveals that NOTCH2NLC transcript variant 2 generates PolyGN2C‐iso2, an aggregating protein present within intranuclear inclusions of NIID patient tissues. A novel mouse model expressing PolyGN2C‐iso2 recapitulates white matter abnormalities and cognitive deficits, mechanistically linked to mitochondrial dysfunction. These findings support a

Localization of endothelin-1-like immunoreactivity in human placenta.
We examined the distribution of endothelin-1-like immunoreactivity in human placenta, using the immunoperoxidase technique. A specific polyclonal antibody to endothelin-1 was raised in rabbits, which recognized endothelin-1 and its precursor molecule ...

Vascular Aβ40 corrupts GRP78 phase behavior in brain endothelial cells, sustaining IRE1α–TRAF2–JNK signaling and driving apoptosis, tight junction loss, and blood–brain barrier failure in cerebral amyloid angiopathy. Pharmacological IRE1α inhibition restores vascular integrity, reduces leakage, and improves functional outcomes, revealing a targetable ...

Fibro‐adipogenic progenitors (FAPs) in atrophic muscle undergo YAP1‐driven pathogenic activation, secreting IL‐6 and FGF21 as bone‐catabolic myokines that mediate muscle‐bone crosstalk and promote bone loss. Genetic or pharmacological targeting of this YAP1‐FAP‐myokine axis rescues skeletal deterioration, identifying FAP‐derived myokines as therapeutic
