Mechanistic study of physicochemical and biochemical processes affecting intestinal absorption of the sesquiterpene lactone nobilin from multi-component systems in the Caco-2 model [PDF]
The overall aim of this work was to investigate the intestinal absorption of the sesquiterpene lactone nobilin from the flowers of Anthemis nobilis L.

Due to its very low water solubility and complex pharmacokinetics, a reliable point-to-point correlation of its in vitro release with its pharmacokinetics has not been achieved so far with amiodarone. The correlation of the in vitro dissolution of a drug

CCDC80 suppresses high‐grade serous ovarian cancer migration via negative regulation of B7‐H3
PAX8 is a lineage‐specific master regulator of transcription in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSC) progression. We show for the first time that PAX8 facilitates proliferation and metastasis by repressing the cell autonomous tumor suppressor CCDC80 and inducing B7‐H3 expression.

Can biorelevant media be simplified by using SLS and tween 80 to replace bile compounds?
In the scientific literature, the use of a surfactant is recommended for both designing quality control tests for water insoluble or sparingly water soluble drugs and for predicting the bioavailability of drugs from various types of formulations.

KDM7A and KDM1A inhibition suppresses tumour promoting pathways in prostate cancer
Treatment resistance is a major challenge for patients with advanced prostate cancer. This study examined an alternative approach to target the major prostate cancer‐promoting pathway by targeting epigenetic factors, whose levels are higher in tumours.

As a subclass of the biopharmaceutical classification system (BCS) class II, basic drugs (BCS IIB) exhibit pH-dependent solubility and tend to generate supersaturation in the gastrointestinal tract, leading to less qualified in vitro–in vivo correlation (

Preparation and in Vitro Dissolution of Curcumin Tablets [PDF]
Objectives: To prepare curcumin tablets, and evaluate their in vitro dissolution. Methods: Curcumin was dissolved in acetone, wet-granulation and tableting. The amount of Poloxamer 188 and Gremophor RH40 were chosen as factors, and the in vitro dissolution at 120 min was used as evaluation index.

CIN85 is highly expressed in osteosarcoma, particularly in metastatic lesions. Its overexpression increases cell migration and Matrigel invasion, while silencing CIN85 suppresses these behaviors. Transcriptome analysis shows that CIN85 regulates MMP2, COL3A1, and Akt/mTOR signaling. Targeting these pathways reverses CIN85‐induced motility, highlighting
