We reconstituted Synechocystis glycogen synthesis in vitro from purified enzymes and showed that two GlgA isoenzymes produce glycogen with different architectures: GlgA1 yields denser, highly branched glycogen, whereas GlgA2 synthesizes longer, less‐branched chains.

Decision-making process of households on food consumption
Decision-making process of households on food consumption is discussed in the post-Keynesian theory of household choice. Since the core assumption of uncertainty is employed, the set of consumption alternatives is restricted to the subset of the known ...

A Semiparametric Test of Agent's Information Sets for Games of Incomplete Information [PDF]
We propose semiparametric tests of misspecification of agent's information for games of incomplete information. The tests use the intuition that the opponent's choices should not predict a player's choice conditional on the proposed information available

We identified a systemic, progressive loss of protein S‐glutathionylation—detected by nonreducing western blotting—alongside dysregulation of glutathione‐cycle enzymes in both neuronal and peripheral tissues of Taiwanese SMA mice. These alterations were partially rescued by SMN antisense oligonucleotide therapy, revealing persistent redox imbalance as ...

A Hybrid Game Strategy for the Pursuit of Out-of-Control Spacecraft under Incomplete-Information
This paper investigates the pursuit problem of out-of-control spacecraft under incomplete-information, and provides new ideas for the disposal of dangerous spacecraft with obstacle avoidance capability.

Plasma membranes contain dynamic nanoscale domains that organize lipids and receptors. Because viruses operate at similar scales, this architecture shapes early infection steps, including attachment, receptor engagement, and entry. Using influenza A virus and HIV‐1 as examples, we highlight how receptor nanoclusters, multivalent glycan interactions ...

Improved Classes of Estimators for Ratio of Two Means with Double Sampling the non Respondents [PDF]
In this paper, we have considered the problem of estimation of ratio of two population means (R) using multivariate auxiliary characters with known population means under incomplete information. Following Tripathi (1970) and Tripathi and Chaturvedi (1979)

AAA+ protein unfoldases—the Moirai of the proteome
AAA+ unfoldases are essential molecular motors that power protein degradation and disaggregation. This review integrates recent cryo‐electron microscopy (cryo‐EM) structures and single‐molecule biophysical data to reconcile competing models of substrate translocation.
