This study shows that copy number variations (CNVs) can be reliably detected in formalin‐fixed paraffin‐embedded (FFPE) solid cancer samples using ultra‐low‐pass whole‐genome sequencing, provided that key (pre)‐analytical parameters are optimized.

Single circulating tumor cells (sCTCs) from high‐grade serous ovarian cancer patients were enriched, imaged, and genomically profiled using WGA and NGS at different time points during treatment. sCTCs revealed enrichment of alterations in Chromosomes 2, 7, and 12 as well as persistent or emerging oncogenic CNAs, supporting sCTC identity.

Further results on outer independent triple Roman domination
An outer-independent triple Roman dominating function (OI[3]RDF) on a graph [Formula: see text] is function [Formula: see text] having the property that (i) if [Formula: see text] then v must have either a neighbor assigned 4 or two neighbors one of ...

Tumour–host interactions in Drosophila: mechanisms in the tumour micro‐ and macroenvironment
This review examines how tumour–host crosstalk takes place at multiple levels of biological organisation, from local cell competition and immune crosstalk to organism‐wide metabolic and physiological collapse. Here, we integrate findings from Drosophila melanogaster studies that reveal conserved mechanisms through which tumours hijack host systems to ...

Basroparib inhibits YAP‐driven cancers by stabilizing angiomotin
Basroparib, a selective tankyrase inhibitor, suppresses Wnt signaling and attenuates YAP‐driven oncogenic programs by stabilizing angiomotin. It promotes AMOT–YAP complex formation, enforces cytoplasmic YAP sequestration, inhibits YAP/TEAD transcription, and sensitizes YAP‐active cancers, including KRAS‐mutant colorectal cancer, to MEK inhibition.

On Equality and Strong Equality of Domination Number and Independent Domination Number in Graphs
In this paper we explore graphs having same domination number and independent domination number . Such graphs are denoted as ( , )-graphs. Several families of ( , )-graphs have been constructed. The realization problem for graphs with = = a for any given positive integer a has been solved. Furthermore, properties of graphs in which every -set is a

To integrate multiple transcriptomics data with severe batch effects for identifying MB subtypes, we developed a novel and accurate computational method named RaMBat, which leveraged subtype‐specific gene expression ranking information instead of absolute gene expression levels to address batch effects of diverse data sources.

Let G = (V;E) be a graph. A set S ⊂ V (G) is a hop dominating set of G if for every v ∈ V - S, there exists u ∈ S such that d(u; v) = 2. The minimum cardinality of a hop dominating set of G is called a hop domination number of G and is denoted by γh(G ...

Independent Roman Domination Stable and Vertex-Critical Graphs
A Roman dominating function (RDF) on a graph $G$ is a function $f: V(G) \rightarrow \{0, 1, 2\}$ for which every vertex assigned 0 is adjacent to a vertex assigned 2. The weight of an RDF is the value $\omega (f) = \sum _{u \in V(G)}f(u)$ .
