Keratin 19 (KRT19) is overexpressed in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer with high levels of Kallikrein‐related peptidases (KLK) 4–7 and is associated with poor survival. In vivo analyses demonstrate that elevated KRT19 increases peritoneal tumour burden.

Somatic mutational landscape in von Hippel–Lindau familial hemangioblastoma
The causes of central nervous system (CNS) hemangioblastoma in Von Hippel–Lindau (vHL) disease are unclear. We used Whole Exome Sequencing (WES) on familial hemangioblastoma to investigate events that underlie tumor development. Our findings suggest that VHL loss creates a permissive environment for tumor formation, while additional alterations ...

We have established a humanized orthotopic patient‐derived xenograft (Hu‐oPDX) mouse model of high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC) that recapitulates human tumor–immune interactions. Using combined anti‐PD‐L1/anti‐CD73 immunotherapy, we demonstrate the model's improved biological relevance and enhanced translational value for preclinical ...

Hippo pathway at the crossroads of stemness and therapeutic resistance in breast cancer
Dysregulation of the Hippo pathway drives nuclear accumulation of YAP/TAZ, activating stemness‐related transcriptional programs that sustain breast cancer stemness and fuel therapeutic resistance across subtypes, underscoring Hippo signaling as a targetable vulnerability. Figure created and edited with BioRender.com.

Checkwriter Identification—Individuality
Journal of Forensic Sciences, 1982Abstract Checkwriters are established machines in the contemporary business world and, as such, are an established vehicle of criminal action. This paper offers practical suggestions for the identification of checkwriters through their impressions from information gained through original research.

NATIONAL INDIVIDUAL IDENTIFICATION OF HORSES
Australian Veterinary Journal, 1977Methods of equine identification including signalment, blood typlng, tattooing and freeze marking are discussed. A new system of individually identifying horses with an unalterable freeze mark is proposed. Unalterable numerical and alphabetical symbols have been developed to apply a registration number to the animal.

ECG to Individual Identification
2008 IEEE Second International Conference on Biometrics: Theory, Applications and Systems, 2008This paper presents an individual identification system using single lead electrocardiogram (ECG). The proposed techniques for P and T wave delineation are based on time derivative and adaptive thresholding. The performance of proposed delineators is evaluated on manually annotated Physionet QT database.

SNPs for individual identification
Forensic Science International: Genetics Supplement Series, 2008Abstract Using population genetics criteria for SNPs for individual identification (IISNPs) – SNPs having nearly maximum informativeness in populations from all parts of the world – on a reduced screening panel of 31 populations, those most likely to be forensically relevant, we have identified a panel of 108 candidate SNPs that meet our ...

Molecular Identification of Individual Nano-Objects
Analytical Chemistry, 2009Secondary ion mass spectrometry (SIMS) run in the event-by-event bombardment/detection mode provides a unique ability to obtain molecular information from single nano-objects, since assays are based on secondary ion coemission from single impacts. The characterization of individual nano-objects is demonstrated with negatively charged polymer spheres ...
