Spore Display Using Bacillus thuringiensis Exosporium Protein InhA

open access: yesJournal of Microbiology and Biotechnology, 2009
A new spore display method is presented that enables recombinant proteins to be displayed on the surface of Bacillus spores via fusion with InhA, an exosporium component of Bacillus thuringiensis. The green fluorescent protein and beta-galactosidase as model proteins were fused to the C-terminal region of InhA, respectively.

Surface Plasmon Resonance‐based Biosensing Towards the Detection of Multidrug‐Resistant Tuberculosis

open access: yesAdvanced Photonics Research, Volume 7, Issue 3, March 2026.
This study presents the detection of multidrug‐resistant tuberculosis (MDR‐TB) gene targets (InhA, KatG, and RpoB) and their mutations using a surface plasmon resonance (SPR)‐based biosensing platform to monitor target binding on functionalized sensor chips.

Civic identity development: ontogenetic aspect

open access: yesSocial Welfare: Interdisciplinary Approach, 2019
Civic identity is developed through the information-perceptual, content-normative, value-semantic and integration-identification stages. It was identified (at the theoretical and empirical levels) that the basic factors of the civic identity development

Design and synthesis of thiourea-based derivatives as Mycobacterium tuberculosis growth and enoyl acyl carrier protein reductase (InhA) inhibitors.

open access: yesEuropean journal of medicinal chemistry, 2020
Tuberculosis remains the most deadly infectious disease worldwide due to the emergence of drug-resistant strains of Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Hence, there is a great need for more efficient treatment regimens.

A Scalable Paper‐Based Electrochemical Sensor Employing MWCNTs for Isoniazid Detection

open access: yesAdvanced Sensor Research, Volume 5, Issue 3, March 2026.
A nanostructured GIPE/AuNPs/CH/MWCNT‐modified electrode was engineered to enhance electron transfer and catalytic activity for sensitive electrochemical detection of isoniazid (INZ). The synergistic integration of gold nanoparticles, chitosan, and multiwalled carbon nanotubes significantly improves conductivity and surface area, enabling rapid ...

Optimasi Suhu Annealing Tiga Regio Berbeda Isolat Multidrug Resistance Mycobacterium Tuberculosis dengan Metode Multiplex Polymerase Chain Reaction (ANNEALING TEMPERATURE OPTIMIZATION ON THREE DIFFERENT REGIONS OF MYCOBACTERIUM TUBERCULOSIS MULTIDRUG RESI

open access: yesJurnal Veteriner, 2017
Multiplex PCR is a method used to amplify more than one target sequences simultaneously. The aimof this research was to optimize PCR on the region of inhA promoter, inhA gene and katG gene usingMultidrug Resistance Tuberculosis (MDR-TB) Isolate ...

Observed crowding effects on Mycobacterium tuberculosis 2-trans-enoyl-ACP (CoA) reductase enzyme activity are not due to excluded volume only

open access: yesScientific Reports, 2017
The cellular milieu is a complex and crowded aqueous solution. Macromolecular crowding effects are commonly studied in vitro using crowding agents. The aim of the present study was to evaluate the effects, if any, of macromolecular synthetic crowding ...

Self-Attracting Walk on Lattices

open access: yes, 1997
We have studied a model of self-attracting walk proposed by Sapozhnikov using Monte Carlo method. The mean square displacement $ \sim t^{2\nu}$ and the mean number of visited sites $ \sim t^{k}$ are calculated for one-, two- and three-dimensional ...

Decoding Human Placental Cellular and Molecular Responses to Obesity and Fetal Growth

open access: yesAdvanced Science, Volume 13, Issue 17, 23 March 2026.
Women with obesity often deliver large‐for‐gestational‐age (LGA) infants. Single‐nucleus RNA sequencing of term placenta reveals that hypoxia and TNF‐α signaling in syncytiotrophoblasts are featured in maternal obesity, but inflammatory signatures in Hofbauer cells and response to lipid or carbohydrate metabolism in fibroblasts are specific to LGA.
