Circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) offers a possibility for different applications in early and late stage breast cancer management. In early breast cancer tumor informed approaches are increasingly used for detecting molecular residual disease (MRD) and early recurrence. In advanced stage, ctDNA provides a possibility for monitoring disease progression and

In this explorative biomarker analysis, we assessed serial sampling of circulating tumor cells (CTCs) with CellSearch in two randomized trials testing immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) in metastatic breast cancer. Our data demonstrate a prognostic potential of CTCs, most apparent 4 weeks into ICI therapy.

Processing of Space Surveillance Observations [PDF]
This thesis covers the processing of different types of space surveillance measurements. The emphasis is on the initial build-up of a catalogue. Most experiments focus on the identification of objects from pairs of observations by testing whether these ...

A differential algebra based importance sampling method for impact probability computation on Earth resonant returns of Near Earth Objects [PDF]
A differential algebra based importance sampling method for uncertainty propagation and impact probability computation on the first resonant returns of Near Earth Objects is presented in this paper.

We quantified and cultured circulating tumor cells (CTCs) of 62 patients with various cancer types and generated CTC‐derived tumoroid models from two salivary gland cancer patients. Cellular liquid biopsy‐derived information enabled molecular genetic assessment of systemic disease heterogeneity and functional testing for therapy selection in both ...

Solution of Low-Thrust Lambert Problem with Perturbative Expansions of Equinoctial Elements [PDF]
A method for solving the so-called low-thrust Lambert problem is proposed. After formulating it as a two-point boundary value problem, where initial and final positions are provided in terms of equinoctial variables, a first-order perturbative approach ...

Back to the Future: Estimating Initial Globular Cluster Masses from their Present Day Stellar Mass Functions [PDF]
We use N-body simulations to model the 12 Gyr evolution of a suite of star clusters with identical initial stellar mass functions over a range of initial cluster masses, sizes, and orbits. Our models reproduce the distribution of present-day global stellar mass functions that is observed in the Milky Way globular cluster population.

VASP was found to be overexpressed in metastatic oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) tissues. Notably, PTTG1‐ and VASP‐deficient OSCC cells demonstrated suppressed metastatic properties by disrupting the interaction between the cytoskeleton and focal adhesion (FAs) in the filopodia region.
