EMT‐associated bias in the Parsortix® system observed with pancreatic cancer cell lines

Molecular Oncology, EarlyView.Proteomic and phosphoproteomic analyses were performed on lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD) tumors with EGFR, KRAS, or EML4–ALK alterations and wild‐type cases.
