New Characterizations of Input to State Stability
We present new characterizations of the Input to State Stability property. As a consequence of these results, we show the equivalence between the ISS property and several (apparent) variations proposed in the ...

A suite of input-to-state stability results are presented for a class of forced differential inclusions, so-called Lur’e inclusions. As a consequence, semi-global incremental input-to-state stability results for systems of forced Lur’e differential ...

Exponential input-to-state stability of composite stochastic systems [PDF]
Sufficient conditions for the exponential input-to-state stability in probability in rth mean and for the almost sure exponential input-to-state stability in probability of a composite stochastic system are established.

Many patients with urothelial cancer do not benefit from treatment with pembrolizumab, while at risk of severe side effects. Changes in the levels of circulating tumor DNA early during treatment, measured by a simple and affordable assay that can be easily implemented in the clinic, can be used as a prognostic tool to identify these patients.

Input to state stability of evolution equations
In this talk we study the notions of input to state stability (ISS) and integral input to state stability (iISS) for boundary control systems, which are stronger notions than exponential stability of the corresponding semigroup and include stability ...

MITF maintains genome stability in nonmelanocyte lineages
MITF is essential for melanocyte survival and acts as an oncogene in 10%–20% of melanomas. We show that MITF depletion causes genome instability in nonmelanocytic cells, leading to LATS2‐mediated P53 activation, cell cycle arrest, and apoptosis. This study highlights the role of MITF as a genome maintenance factor beyond the melanocyte lineage. Created

Liquid biopsy‐based diagnostic evaluation of hypermethylated CpG sites for ovarian cancer diagnosis
This schematic outlines the workflow from biomarker identification to duplex MethyLight assay validation for epithelial ovarian cancer diagnosis using cfDNA‐based liquid biopsy. Initial screening of hypermethylated CpG candidates (cg02957270, cg10061138 cg00480298, COL2A1) was performed in tissue using ARMS‐PCR, COBRA, qPCR and image analysis. Selected

Stability Control for a Walking-Chair Robot with Human in the Loop
In this paper, a human-machine shared stability control strategy is proposed for a walking-chair robot with human in the loop. We consider the human in the loop as the torso of the robot and human movement as disturbance control to the system stability ...

Weakening the nuclear envelope: Lamin B receptor in melanoma metastasis
LBR‐driven nuclear fragility supports melanoma invasion. A: Melanocyte presents low LBR (Lamin B Receptor) levels, maintaining nuclear integrity and lamina‐chromatin tethering. B: During malignant progression, upregulation of LBR clusters at the INM (Inner Nuclear Membrane) during confined migration causes local lamina weakening and cholesterol ...

From tumor‐centric to ecosystem‐based hypotheses in brain tumor research and care
Primary brain tumors, whether in adults or children, present a major challenge because of their dramatic prognosis and the ongoing lack of efficient therapeutic approaches. In recent years, a shift has occurred from tumor‐centric concepts to a more holistic view of these tumors as dynamic ecosystems.
