Advanced Materials, EarlyView.Adipocyte membrane‐coated nanoparticles loaded with rosiglitazone in hydrogel offer an alternative approach to conventional obesity treatments. This system selectively targets adipocytes, inducing lipolysis by activating chaperone‐mediated autophagy through mild photothermal stimulation.
