Initial states in integrable quantum field theory quenches from an integral equation hierarchy
We consider the problem of determining the initial state of integrable quantum field theory quenches in terms of the post-quench eigenstates. The corresponding overlaps are a fundamental input to most exact methods to treat integrable quantum quenches ...

We reconstituted Synechocystis glycogen synthesis in vitro from purified enzymes and showed that two GlgA isoenzymes produce glycogen with different architectures: GlgA1 yields denser, highly branched glycogen, whereas GlgA2 synthesizes longer, less‐branched chains.

We identified a systemic, progressive loss of protein S‐glutathionylation—detected by nonreducing western blotting—alongside dysregulation of glutathione‐cycle enzymes in both neuronal and peripheral tissues of Taiwanese SMA mice. These alterations were partially rescued by SMN antisense oligonucleotide therapy, revealing persistent redox imbalance as ...

Bi-integrable and tri-integrable couplings of a soliton hierarchy associated with SO(4)
In our paper, the theory of bi-integrable and tri-integrable couplings is generalized to the discrete case. First, based on the six-dimensional real special orthogonal Lie algebra SO(4), we construct bi-integrable and tri-integrable couplings associated ...

Generating nonisospectral integrable hierarchies via a new scheme
In the paper, an efficient and straightforward method for generating nonisospectral integrable hierarchies is introduced. It follows that we consider the application related to Lie algebra gl ( 3 ) $\operatorname{gl}(3)$ based on the method.

Similarity Transformations and Nonlocal Reduced Integrable Nonlinear Schrödinger Type Equations
We present three reduced integrable hierarchies of nonlocal integrable nonlinear Schrödinger-type equations, starting from a given vector integrable hierarchy generated from a matrix Lie algebra of B type. The basic tool is the zero curvature formulation.

From mice to humans—divergent strategies for intestinal homeostasis and regeneration
Recent advances such as organoid genome editing, xenotransplantation, imaging, and whole‐genome sequencing have enabled direct studies of human intestinal stem cells (ISCs). These studies reveal species‐specific features, including slower ISC proliferation, distinct injury responses, slower somatic mutation accumulation in humans, and an inverse ...

Bi-Integrable and Tri-Integrable Couplings of a Soliton Hierarchy Associated with SO(3)
Based on the three-dimensional real special orthogonal Lie algebra SO(3), by zero curvature equation, we present bi-integrable and tri-integrable couplings associated with SO(3) for a hierarchy from the enlarged matrix spectral problems and the enlarged ...

This study shows that lung adenocarcinomas exploit developmental branching morphogenesis to acquire a therapy resistant basal‐like tumour cell state. This process was found to be regulated by combined TP53 loss‐of‐function and type‐I interferon signalling, identifying a novel axis for biomarker and therapeutic target discovery.
