Integrated Optics for Quantum Computer
2022Many of the proof-of-principle experiments in quantum optics have been carried out using table-top free-space optics. While they provide good testbeds for optical quantum optics experiments, to build actual devices and quantum computers, we have to move to the integrated optics where reproducibility and stability are more reliable.

Nonlinear Integrated Quantum Optics
Frontiers in Optics 2015, 2015The present waveguide technology for quantum source fabrication is at an early stage of development. Here we present novel approaches to source engineering which enable us to generate specific multipartite and large size quantum states.

Nonlinear integrated quantum optics
IET Conference Proceedings, 2021Recent achievements in the area of integrated quantum optics and quantum information processing have shown impressive progress for the implementation of linear circuits based on monolithic waveguide structures. Most experiments are based on χ(3) -media, such as glas, silicon-on insulator or silica-on-silicon.

Integrated optics components for quantum information
2011 Conference on Lasers and Electro-Optics Europe and 12th European Quantum Electronics Conference (CLEO EUROPE/EQEC), 2011Quantum information science has shown that harnessing quantum mechanical effects can dramatically improve performance for certain tasks in communication, computation and measurement. Of the various physical systems being pursued, single particles of light - photons - are often the logical choice [1].

Integration of highly probabilistic sources into optical quantum architectures.
Proceedings of the International Quantum Electronics Conference and Conference on Lasers and Electro-Optics Pacific Rim 2011, 2011We introduce a design for an optical computer constructed exclusively from a single quantum component. Unlike previous efforts we eliminate the need for on demand photon sources and detectors and replace them with the same device utilised to create photon/photon entanglement.
