On the origin of the integral representations in quantum optics
Letters in Mathematical Physics, 1987In Abelian subalgebras of observables it is shown that the integral representations of states in terms of coherent states result from the indistinguishability of the quanta of the harmonic oscillator under consideration. It is argued that these integral representations contain a quantum de Finetti theorem on Bose-Fock space.

Colloidal Quantum Dots Based Integrated Fiber-optic Detector
Optical Fiber Communication Conference, 2017We report an integrated fiber-optic detector by dip coating PbS colloidal quantum dots onto a pretreated specialty fiber. We measured the readout current at 1550nm as a function of the optical power, the bias voltage and the distance between the contact electrodes.

Integrated Devices for On-Chip Quantum Optics
2017This thesis describes the fabrication and characterization of on-chip dome-shaped, Fabry-Perot microcavities for quantum-optics applications. Arrays of cavities were fabricated via a guided delamination buckling self-assembly process within SiO2/Ta2O5 multilayers.
