Miniature Integrated Spectrometer Array
2019 24th Microoptics Conference (MOC), 2019We describe the design and set-up an array of micro-spectrometers for parallel sensing. The approach utilizes a prism – grating combination to obtain a linear light path and to achieve a high packing density. This yields 2’000 micro spectrometers of 6 mm length only when working with a 4/3” CCD image sensor.
