抗原および抗ヒトIgEに対する好塩基球の反応性. 1.好塩基球数の変化 [PDF]
Blood basophils in subjects with bronchial asthma migrate from blood stream into local allergic reaction sites after inhalation of antigen into airways. The phenomena can be observed by changes in number of basophils in the peripheral blood.

The nanostructure, size, and function of mRNA‐loaded lipid nanoparticles are evaluated before drying, within polymer microneedles, and after rehydration. The results reveal the polymer and LNP loadings required to recover nanostructure and preserve the delivery performance in dry‐state formulations.

Intradermal Fractional ChAdOx1 nCoV-19 Booster Vaccine Induces Memory T Cells: A Follow-Up Study
The administration of viral vector and mRNA vaccine booster effectively induces humoral and cellular immune responses. Effector T cell responses after fractional intradermal (ID) vaccination are comparable to those after intramuscular (IM) boosters. Here,

The clinical meaning of histamine skin reactivity [PDF]
The definition of the “atopic state”, i.e. subjects presenting at least one skin wheal with a minimum diameter of 3 mm induced by an allergen skin-prick test (ASPT), is based on the assumption that wheal size depends entirely on the amount of histamine

This work introduces photo‐crosslinkable tyraminated poly(vinyl alcohol)‐gelatin (PVA‐GT) hydrogels as tunable injectable platforms for tissue engineering and growth factor delivery applications. This schematic illustrates the two developed hydrogel formulations and the experimental workflow used to evaluate their physico‐chemical properties in vitro ...

Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae (Mhyo) and porcine circovirus type 2 (PCV2) infections cause enormous economic losses in the swine production sector. Vaccination remains the most effective strategy against the complex clinical entities caused by these pathogens.

The advantages of skin-based vaccination include induction of strong immunity, dose-sparing, and ease of administration. Several technologies for skin-based immunisation in humans are being developed to maximise these key advantages.

Intradermal cholera vaccination [PDF]
The protection afforded by cholera vaccine administered by the intradermal route, and demonstrated by active and passive mouse protection tests, active guinea-pig protection tests, and agglutination titres, is excellent and equal to that given by subcutaneous inoculation. It is suggested that cholera vaccine administered by the intradermal route would ...

Potato virus X is a filamentous RNA plant virus that can be engineered into a molecular tool for cancer therapy. We produced genetically‐encoded virus‐derived nanoparticles decorated with nanobodies targeting cancer cell receptors, epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) and human epidermal growth factor 2 (HER2).
