GelMA‐based 3D spheroids recapitulate transcriptomic and functional hallmarks of myeloid sarcoma
GelMA 5% hydrogels support the formation of myeloid leukemia spheroids that recapitulate MS‐specific features, including G1 arrest, apoptosis, and ECM‐driven transcriptomic reprogramming. The 3D model mimicked soft‐tissue‐like stiffness and oxygen conditions, and transcriptomic convergence with primary MS samples confirmed its utility as a preclinical ...

A quadratic spline maximum entropy method for the computation of invariant densities
The numerical recovery of an invariant density of the Frobenius-Perron operator corresponding to a nonsingular transformation is depicted by using quadratic spline functions. We implement a maximum entropy method to approximate the invariant density. The

Global Dynamics of Some Exponential Type Systems
We explore the boundedness and persistence, existence of an invariant rectangle, local dynamical properties about the unique positive fixed point, global dynamics by the discrete-time Lyapunov function, and the rate of convergence of some 2,3-type ...

Scale-Invariant Fast Convergence in Games
Scale-invariance in games has recently emerged as a widely valued desirable property. Yet, almost all fast convergence guarantees in learning in games require prior knowledge of the utility scale. To address this, we develop learning dynamics that achieve fast convergence while being both scale-free, requiring no prior information about utilities, and ...

Gravity‐Dependent Modulation of Downbeat Nystagmus: Insights From Velocity‐Storage Dysfunction
ABSTRACT Objective Downbeat nystagmus varies with head position, a phenomenon termed gravity‐dependent modulation. We aimed to clarify its mechanism using a velocity‐storage model. Methods In 10 patients with downbeat nystagmus due to cerebellar disorders, we recorded eye movements at different pitch‐ and roll‐axis head positions.

On Asymptotically (λ,σ)-Statistical Equivalent Sequences of Fuzzy Numbers
The goal of this paper is to give the asymptotically (λ,σ)-statistical equivalent which is a natural combination of the definition for asymptotically equivalent, invariant mean and λ-statistical convergence of fuzzy numbers.

A Q‐Learning Algorithm to Solve the Two‐Player Zero‐Sum Game Problem for Nonlinear Systems
A Q‐learning algorithm to solve the two‐player zero‐sum game problem for nonlinear systems. ABSTRACT This paper deals with the two‐player zero‐sum game problem, which is a bounded L2$$ {L}_2 $$‐gain robust control problem. Finding an analytical solution to the complex Hamilton‐Jacobi‐Issacs (HJI) equation is a challenging task.

On Extended Rate of Convergence Results for the Invariance Principle [PDF]
Let {X i i = 1, 2, 3, …} be a sequence of independent and identically distributed random variables for which EX i = 0, var X i = σ2, E|X i |2 +a = b 0. C[0, 1] is the space of continuous real-valued functions on the interval [0, 1] with the sup norm topology. We define a “random broken line” as follows.

This article proposes a convergent adaptive observer for a damped wave PDE and an infinite‐dimensional ODE coupled in cascade using sampled‐in‐space ODE state measurements. The proposed observer estimates the distributed states of the PDE and ODE along with unknown PDE parameters and spatial input.

Integral Representation of Local Left–Invariant Functionals in Carnot Groups
The aim of this note is to prove a representation theorem for left–invariant functionals in Carnot groups. As a direct consequence, we can also provide a Г-convergence result for a smaller class of functionals.
