On constant higher order mean curvature hypersurfaces in Hn×R ${\mathbb{H}}^{n}{\times}\mathbb{R}$
We classify hypersurfaces with rotational symmetry and positive constant r-th mean curvature in Hn×R ${\mathbb{H}}^{n}{\times}\mathbb{R}$ . Specific constant higher order mean curvature hypersurfaces invariant under hyperbolic translation are also ...

A fundamental question in computational neuroscience is how to connect a network of spiking neurons to produce desired macroscopic or mean field dynamics. One possible approach is through the Neural Engineering Framework (NEF).

We analyze cisplatin–DNA adducts (CDAs) and double‐strand breaks (DSBs) in a cell‐cycle‐dependent manner. We find that CDAs form similarly across all cell cycle phases. DSBs arise only in S‐phase. CDAs might not directly impair DSB repair, but S‐phase DSB lesions evolve in the presence of CDAs and disrupt repair in G2, also causing radiosensitization ...

In the present paper we defined I-convergent sequence spaces with respect to invariant mean and a Musielak-Orlicz function M = (M_k) over n-normed spaces.

Translational cancer research and its implementation through competitively selected Comprehensive Cancer Centers across Europe should be the primary policy focus for addressing the increasing cancer burden in Europe and counteract the present main strategy to convert cancer to a chronic disease.

Equipartition field strength on the sunspot boundary
Context. A recent case study of a long-lived sunspot confirmed earlier observational indications that the outer boundary of sunspots is defined by an invariant value of the magnetic field strength.

One of the goals of this article is to describe a setting adapted to the description of means (normalized integrals or invariant means) on an infinite product of measured spaces with infinite measure and of the concentration property on metric measured ...

A canonical model of multistability and scale-invariance in biological systems.
Multistability and scale-invariant fluctuations occur in a wide variety of biological organisms from bacteria to humans as well as financial, chemical and complex physical systems.

Unique biological samples, such as site‐specific mutant proteins, are available only in limited quantities. Here, we present a polarization‐resolved transient infrared spectroscopy setup with referencing to improve signal‐to‐noise tailored towards tracing small signals. We provide an overview of characterizing the excitation conditions for polarization‐

Periodicity and Circle Packing in the Hyperbolic Plane
We prove that given a fixed radius $r$, the set of isometry-invariant probability measures supported on ``periodic'' radius $r$-circle packings of the hyperbolic plane is dense in the space of all isometry-invariant probability measures on the space of ...
