Detection of Different Pesticide Residues in Seasonal Leafy Vegetables of North Bengal Region, Bangladesh

FTIR spectroscopy detected multiple pesticide residues—thiamethoxam, carbendazim, mancozeb + metalaxyl, and dimethoate—in commonly consumed leafy vegetables from North Bengal, Bangladesh. Electrically Reconfigurable Quasi‐BIC Metadevices Enabled by Integrated Barium Titanate

An electrically reconfigurable quasi‐BIC metasurface is demonstrated by monolithic integration of barium titanate. Leveraging the Pockels effect, linear tuning of 1.79 nm/V is achieved, enabling a 250 μm2 miniaturized spectrometer with 0.2 nm resolution, 99% fidelity, and high throughput.

Thermo‐Mechanically Recyclable Smart Textiles from Circularly Knitted Liquid Crystal Elastomer Fibers

Reprogrammable multi‐material smart textiles knitted from liquid crystal elastomer fibers undergo 2D and 3D deformation under thermal and photo stimuli. Circularly knitted tubular structures reversibly contract in radial and axial directions, enabling autonomous climbing, liquid release, and micro pumping.
