Sonographic Diagnosis of an Intercostal Artery Pseudoaneurysm: A Case Report and Literature Review

Following a prolonged three‐month hospital admission, the patient developed left flank pain. Spectral Doppler ultrasound revealed a large isoechoic lesion with layering echoes, and spectral Doppler demonstrated bidirectional flow.
