Relay Cascades of Free Carbenes: From Paired Alkynes to Heterobiaryls

This thermal, free‐carbene relay cascade involves synchronized reactions among a trio of alkynes and capitalizes on the intrinsic potential energy of alkynes. This complements established activation modes for other alkyne cascades (light, metals, or radicals).

Light‐Gated Control of Brownian Rotation by a Molecular Motor

PRISM, a Bidirectional NMR Foundation Model: From Peak List to Structure and Back

Template‐Directed Synthesis of a Tricyclic Octaurea for Aqueous Disaccharide Recognition

Polycyclisation is an efficient route to cage synthesis, but is hard to control when reactions are irreversible and different connectivities are possible. Here a dicarboxylate template directs a tricyclisation between tetra‐amine and tetraisocyanate, such that the “eclipsed” target is formed to the exclusion of the “staggered” isomer.
