Adsorption equilibria of dimethylnaphthalene isomers

open access: yes, 1996
Adsorption processes for separating mixtures of dimethylnaphthalene (DMN) isomers are of potential interest for the production of 2,6-DMN. In this work, the adsorption equilibria of Liquid mixtures of DMN isomers on zeolites have been investigated ...

Pyridine‐Isomerism‐Driven Spin Engineering at a COP‐Fe3O4 Interface for High‐Performance Oxygen Reduction Electrocatalysis

open access: yesAdvanced Energy Materials, EarlyView.
Strategically adjusting the pyridine nitrogen position in the polymer matrix (pyridine isomerism) intensifies its interaction with embedded Fe3O4 nanocrystals. This enhanced interaction induces a spin‐state transition in Fe from low‐spin to intermediate‐spin, accompanied by refined d‐orbital properties.

Synthesis of functionalized polyolefins in a new continuous bench‐scale reactor apparatus

open access: yesAIChE Journal, EarlyView.
Abstract In‐reactor functionalized polyolefins (FPOs), produced by molecular catalysts, are a new class of polymer materials with applications ranging from high performance adhesives to bitumen compatibilization. In this work, we disclose a procedure for the synthesis of FPOs in a new Continuous Bench‐scale Reactor Apparatus (COBRA).

Development and validation of a normal phase HPLC method for separation of anacardic acid isomers in cashew nut shell liquid

open access: yes, 2013
A simple normal phase HPLC method was developed and validated for the separation and determination of anacardic acid isomers present in cashew nut shell liquid. A Chiralpack, IA Chiral column (250 mm x 4.6 mm, packed with 5 microns) is used as stationary

Topology‐Aware Machine Learning for High‐Throughput Screening of MOFs in C8 Aromatic Separation

open access: yesAdvanced Intelligent Discovery, EarlyView.
We screened 15,335 Computation‐Ready, Experimental Metal–Organic Frameworks (CoRE‐MOFs) using a topology‐aware machine learning (ML) model that integrates structural, chemical, pore‐size, and topological descriptors. Top‐performing MOFs exhibit aromatic‐enriched cavities and open metal sites that enable π–π and C–H···π interactions, serving as ...
