Exclusive Hydroformylation of Terminal Olefins: A Phosphorus‐Free Ruthenium System for the Selective Functionalization of Complex Mixtures

Development of a phosphorus‐free Ru/DBU catalyst enabling highly chemo‐ and regioselective hydroformylation of terminal olefins, sparing internal double bonds. Optimization of reaction parameters, ligand effects, and substrate scope including industrial feedstocks was realized.

Preserving Proton Resolution Under Cryogenic Dynamic Nuclear Polarization for Biomolecular Solid‐State NMR

High‐resolution proton detection is preserved under cryogenic dynamic nuclear polarization (DNP) by combining fast MAS, extensive deuteration and selective methyl protonation. This strategy enables proton‐detected structural studies of biomolecular solids with enhanced sensitivity under DNP conditions.

Pt‐Mediated Co‐Adsorption of Hydroxyl and Nitrogen‐Heterocyclic Species Over Cu/CuO Heterostructure Enhances Coupled Azotriazole Electrosynthesis and Dual‐Electrode Hydrogen Production

Pt@Cu/CuO heterostructures were designed for electrochemical N─N coupling of 3,5‐diamino‐1H‐1,2,4‐triazole. Mechanism investigation revealed that the Pt sites mediated co‐adsorption of substrates and hydroxyl on Cu/CuO sites. A modular farnesyltransferase‐based chemoenzymatic platform enables fast, site‐specific labeling of nanobodies for PET imaging of inflammation. CD11b‐targeted PET agents selectively image myeloid‐driven inflammation, while CD45‐targeted PET agents provide sensitive whole‐body immune mapping.
