We identified a Krt14+ Igf2bp1+ bladder cancer population linked to EMT. Mechanistically, KRT14 stabilizes and transports IGF2BP1 to invasive protrusions, initiating a positive feedback loop that drives metastasis and poor outcomes. ABSTRACT Basal‐type muscle‐invasive bladder cancer (BMIBC) is characterized by aggressive metastasis and poor prognosis ...

Analytical Modelling of Isotype Heterojunctions [PDF]
An isotype heterojunction is a junction between two layers of dissimilar semiconductors both of which are doped either n-type or p-type. These semiconductor structures are found in a variety of optoelectronic devices, such as solar cells, semiconductor ...

IgG isotype antibody response to PvRAMA.
(A). The levels of PvRAMA- and (B) PvMSP1-19-specific antibodies of each IgG isotypes were determined in plasma from acutely P. vivax-infected patients and naïve individuals by ELISA.

This study unveils an unrecognized pro‐inflammatory epitranscriptomic checkpoint in psoriasis. By installing m7G modifications on the 5′ UTR of Bdkrb1 mRNA, METTL1 enhances receptor stability to orchestrate keratinocyte‐driven neutrophil recruitment via p38 MAPK signaling.

This case study explores how large language models (LLMs), specifically OpenAI’s ChatGPT were integrated into a phased, human-in-the-loop workflow for processing over 1.000 historical documents from the International System of Typographic Education (Isotype) Archives at the University of Reading, UK.

Subsocles Supporting Isotype and Balanced Subgroups
We identify a condition, which we refer to as cohesiveness, on a subgroup S of the socle G[p] — {x ∊ G : px = 0} of an abelian p-group G which is necessary for S to be the socle of an isotype subgroup of G.

Full androgen deprivation (FAD) induces paracrine cholesterol in prostate cancer that drives the polarization of cancer‐associated fibroblasts (CAFs) and subsequent elevated matrix stiffness. Matrix stiffness in turn potentiates tumor cell survival under FAD pressure via dual mechanotransductive activation of the IRE1α‐XBP1s stress‐response axis ...

Isotype submodules of 𝑝-local balanced projective groups
By giving necessary and sufficient conditions for two isotype submodules of a p p -local balanced projective group to be equivalent, we are able to introduce a general theory of isotype submodules of p p -local balanced ...

Host‐specific compatibility between RNF138‐like proteins and flavivirus NS5 determines NS5 stability. Mammalian RNF138 but not arthropod homologs recognizes and induces conserved NS5/RdRp K48‐linked ubiquitination and proteasomal degradation, thereby restricting viral replication. Ectopic RNF138 in mice attenuates TBEV‐induced pathogenesis. (Created in

Background Marsupials have limited germline antibody heavy chain variable (VH) gene diversity and more complex light chain variable gene diversity. They also appear to have a limited repertoire of immunoglobulin heavy chain (IgH) isotypes.
