ABSTRACT Immune thrombocytopenia (ITP) is a rare but recognized hematologic complication of tuberculosis (TB), particularly miliary TB. We present a case of a 50‐year‐old female with severe thrombocytopenia and hemorrhagic manifestations secondary to miliary TB.
